Cheesy Potatoes

Try this recipe at home.


Place 6 thinly sliced potatoes in an oven dish.
Sprinkle a packet of cheese sauce mix over them.
Pour over a cup of milk.
Sprinkle with grated cheese. 
Bake in an oven at 180c for 30 minutes. 

Our potato

Maehe, Tamai, Aneeka-Lee, Jordan, Mayka, Awa and myself have taken up the challenge of growing a potato in a bucket for the annual Rotary competition. We planted our seed potato 2 weeks ago and already it has shoots 20 cms high so we have added more soil.
We have also been cooking recipes using potatoes and today we are making Cheesy Potatoes. Yum...
